After you've saved PhotoEditR.html somewhere permanent (Documents or Desktop), use one of these methods.
Right-click PhotoEditR.html → Send to → Desktop (create shortcut).
Right-click the new desktop shortcut → Pin to taskbar. Now it sits next to your browser.
If "Pin to taskbar" is missing, right-click → Show more options first.
Right-click the shortcut → Properties → Change Icon… → browse to any .ico file. App icon: photoeditr.com/assets/icon-512.png.
That gives you a real Dock icon, no terminal, no aliases. Click the Chrome / Edge tab above.
Right-click PhotoEditR.html in Finder → Make Alias. Drag the alias to your Desktop. Double-click to launch.
Drag PhotoEditR.html onto the right side of the Dock, next to Downloads / Trash.
macOS doesn't allow plain .html on the apps side of the Dock.
Double-click the file. If it doesn't open in Chrome/Edge/Brave, right-click → Open with.
Right end of the address bar — tiny computer-screen icon (Chrome / Brave) or "+" icon (Edge). Click → Install.
No icon? Menu (⋮ or …) → Install PhotoEditR… / Apps → Install this site as an app.
Windows: Start menu → pin to taskbar.
